The Class of 1957 was the first to graduate from the merged Presbyterian Pan American School, the year before Juntos began. Everything known about it comes from one page of the 1958 book: a group photograph and a roll of eighteen names. Commencement was held on the Taft campus.

What was happening around 1957
- 1957Taft closes; the new campus begins
The Taft campus closes in September and a coeducational program begins at Kingsville. By the fall the first phase of a new campus designed by architect O'Neil Ford is complete. Most of the older buildings come down; in their place a chapel, dining hall, dormitories, faculty residence and swimming pool.
- 1956Presbyterian Pan American School
The two schools become one under a new president, Rev. Sherwood H. Reisner. The Kingsville campus becomes the home campus and undergoes considerable reconstruction.
- 1955The Synod votes to merge
At its 100th meeting, in Waco, the Synod of Texas unanimously adopts a long-range study committee's report and takes action to establish a Presbyterian Pan American School — thoroughly Christian, international and coeducational. McLane retires.
